Sali Berisha described the conflict between Dashnor Sula and Kreshnik Çollaku, which almost led to a physical collision in the corridors of the Assembly, as a provocation by the deputy who supports Lulzim Basha. The head of Reestablishment referred to the presence of Çollak in the parliamentary commission, which the opposition was trying to block.
"Any deputy who provokes them in protest is a low-level provocateur. The protest is not provoked, there is a law. Those deputies, who provoke their colleagues in protest for an absolutely just cause, they are low provocateurs. Of course, I am not for any scene, but the person in protest is in protest and no one has the right to provoke him".

Berisha explains the behavior of Basha's deputies who did not support the opposition's action with the Russian lobbying file, through which he thinks Lulzim Basha is being pressured.
