Belind Këlliçi, the political leader of the Democratic Party for the Tirana Region, in an interview with A2 CNN, stated that "these elections have been manipulated like never before."
"We have found countless irregularities, on voting day I found undeclared electoral offices of the SP, when there was misuse of public administration, the OSCE/ODIHR report has shown the problems, but praises SPAK for not doing anything. When I reported the undeclared electoral office live and no one responded. I called the police 6 times and no one came. They came after two hours. SPAK has not done any work," Këlliçi initially said.
"You can't say there is misuse of the administration, public assets and pressure on voters, but the elections went well. Internationals receive their salaries and Albanians continue to emigrate," Këlliçi added.
"We will wait for the final result, the documentation and then we will make a political decision in the party. The massacre is evident. Not even the most optimistic of the Socialist Party thought that they would get this result. This result goes beyond their expectations, which means that atrocities have been committed in these elections and they have been manipulated like never before. We have the responsibility to prove all violations and irregularities," Këlliçi further emphasized.
