Analyst Afrim Krasniqi has stated that Parliament Speaker Elisa Spiropali has entered European parliamentary history after expelling 60 MPs in a single plenary session.
Krasniqi made the comments on the 'Debat' show with journalist Alba Alishani on A2 CNN, where he said that it is extremely absurd to exclude 60 opposition MPs from the plenary session at the same time.
Krasniqi also said that it would be more productive for Spiropali himself to have an executive responsibility, rather than playing a role that he believes he cannot play.
"It's not negative, it's positive. I think Ms. Spiropali would be much more productive for herself, if she had an executive responsibility, rather than pretending to play a role she can't play and tried for a year that she couldn't play."
She couldn't even become representative... at least not to the standard of Mrs. Nikolla who never raised her voice. Spiropali, for better or worse, has entered the history of this Parliament, it is the first case in the history of Europe when 60 deputies were expelled in a plenary session.
"It has never happened. But this is related to ethical standards, because the Constitutional Court called the practice that led to it unconstitutional. So practically they are all together, but it makes no sense, 60 people are not excluded. It is absurd in every concept," Krasniqi said, among other things, writes A2 CNN. (A2 Televizion)
