The chairman of the 'Right for Development' coalition, Mr. Dashamir Shehi, has stated that the political group he leads aims to achieve the votes to create a parliamentary group on May 11, i.e. 7 deputies at the republic level.
Shehi made the comments on 'Ditari i Pasdites' with journalist Bruna Çifligu on A2 CNN, where he said that returning property to its legitimate owners, increasing pensions, and supporting justice are the foundations of the 'Right for Development' coalition's program.
He called on citizens not to vote for those who have lied to them for years and those who are tainted with corruption.
"When I hear these Berishas and others who say we will return the property, it makes me laugh, but also cry, that there are still people who believe that they want to return the property. This matter must be closed. But how to close it? What does Edi Rama say? Rama says to return 10-40% of the property. We say the property must be recognized and returned in full. And we will return it physically where it is possible, and it is possible in many places.
You saw that this guy made the package of mountains that will give the goods for free. After he ran out of the money that he gave for free as he wanted, he showed that the Albanian state has the means, it has free land. This could ease the bill of its own state, by not giving it to the oligarchs, but to the owners. The second is a compensation bill, which I believe is sufficient finances. All this is being rebuilt according to our plan, and we have absolute confidence that we will do this job. The owners have been mocked and lied to. Whoever still eats these lies, let them vote for the liars of their own property.
We want Albania to industrialize. I believe that we will be in Parliament, with a parliamentary group. In Tirana we claim 2 mandates and above, while in some of the main districts one each. I think we have enough sympathy and organization to gather votes. Having honest people, we are optimistic that we will achieve it. The first issue that we would impose if after May 11 we are in government, will be that of properties, the second that of pensions, that people who have contributed to Albania, today are in this situation.
