Democratic MP Orjela Nebiaj has withdrawn from the race for deputy in the ranks of the DP, after being appointed by the leaders in the Fier district.
With a touch of irony, Nebiaj, who was part of the primaries in Tirana, writes that he is withdrawing with the reason of clearing the way for young people.
"I have asked not to be on any list. Neither in Tirana (out of respect for the primaries) nor in Fier."
"As a clarification, someone misread the names. Not as a withdrawal, but as a decision to make way for young men and women who deserve it more than me," Nebiaj writes. (A2 Televizion)
