The three DP complaints to the Complaints and Sanctions Commission, for the Kukës, Dibër and Korçë regions, were postponed until next week, while the applicants were given more time to present additional evidence.
Kukësi was the first to open the series. Although the DP was the winner, it requested from the KAS the invalidity of the elections for this electoral zone, claiming that the will of the citizens was alienated, but was not yet ready to present the evidence, so the legal representative of the DP, Franc Nuri, requested more time, a request which was granted.
Dibër district was the opposition's next target for the so-called electoral farce, where it again demands a recount in several polling stations due to some irregularities in the vote counting. When the KAS asked for facts, the other legal representative of the DP, Marash Logu, got involved in the debate about who was responsible for finding them. The decision was postponed to June 5, giving the DP time again.
Korça is one of the regions in which the DP has filed the most complaints, claimed legal representative Franc Nuri, but this time he brought to the KAS the case of the women's prison in the village of Pojskë in Pogradec, which according to him did not have a special voting center. Again, there was no shortage of allegations of vote distortion, which is why the KAS gave the complainants more time until June 4 to bring supporting evidence.
The DP has vowed to appeal the results for each district, as it does not recognize the May 11 elections and considers them a farce. (A2 Televizion)
