Over 60 families in the village of Bardhoc in the Municipality of Kukës have been suffering for years for lack of drinking water.
Even the little water that comes from their taps is contaminated with sewage, writes A2.
The village has a spring from which it gets its water, but the lack of sewage systems causes the waters to mix, and the residents' efforts to pump water into the village are only used for irrigation and occasional washing.
Some residents are forced to buy drinking water in Kosovo.
Meanwhile, promise after promise, the fact is that nothing concrete has been done in the village of Bardhoc for drinking water and sanitation. Even a fund approved two years ago by the Municipal Council is unknown where it ended up. (A2 Televizion)
