Everton stops Arsenal, Broja's positive performance in 25 minutes

A penalty converted by Iliman Ndiaye denied Arsenal victory over Everton, in a match that ended 1-1 at Goodison Park and could shorten Liverpool's path to the championship title.

Although the Gunners dominated the first half, taking the lead through Leandro Trossard's goal after a quick counterattack, they failed to close out the game. Jordan Pickford made several outstanding saves, including one from Trossard and another spectacular one from Gabriel Martinelli late in the game.

Youngster Miles Lewis-Skelly's mistake early in the second half gave Everton a penalty, which Ndiaye converted after a lengthy VAR review. With the draw, Arsenal find themselves further out of the title race, while Everton continue their six-match winless run.

In this challenge, Albanian striker Armando Broja also received important minutes, entering the game in the second half and showing a positive performance.

With his speed and penetration, he troubled the Arsenal defence and helped the team win several free kicks in the penalty area. Although he didn't find the net, Broja showed that he could be a valuable weapon for Everton in the final weeks of the season.

This draw leaves the Gunners worried, while Liverpool fans begin to dream harder about the title. (A2 Televizion)
