The competition for the reconstruction of the "Selman Stërmasi" stadium is open. The pre-qualification phase ends on January 24 (30 days), while the qualification phase lasts 60 days.
The evaluation of the projects will be done by an international jury. 5 prizes will be awarded for the best design idea. 3 winners will advance to the final stage of the auction and there will be 1 contract winner. Through this project, it will be possible to revitalize the current stadium into a UEFA standard 4 stadium, writes A2 CNN.
It is possible to requalify the area around the stadium and reconceptualize urban spaces for public and private use.
Private owners are also invited to join the initiative of the Albanian Investment Corporation (AIC). For the design and development of the urban area of the "Selman Stërmasi" stadium, local and foreign architects, developers or investors are invited. (A2 Televizion)
