Paris Saint-Germain were defeated for the first time this season in Ligue 1, as OGC Nice achieved a sensational 3-1 victory at the Parc des Princes, ending the champions' dream of an undefeated season.
Although PSG had secured the league title, Luis Enrique's team were hoping to finish the season unbeaten. Meanwhile, Nice are fighting for a place in the UEFA Champions League. The Parisians dominated the opening minutes, with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia creating the biggest danger, but his attempt was saved by goalkeeper Marcin Bułka.
In the 34th minute, the visitors struck on the counterattack with a brilliant pass from Bouanani to Morgan Sanson, who headed past Donnarumma with a precise shot. PSG reacted quickly and equalized in the 41st minute, when Dembélé assisted Fabián Ruiz, who scored with a beautiful shot.
But just seconds after the restart, Sanson struck again, this time with an acrobatic shot from Clauss' cross, restoring the lead for Nice. PSG tried to come back, but Zaïre-Emery's effort was stopped by the home defence.
In the 70th minute, Bouanani assisted again from a free kick and Ndayishimiye headed in the third goal. This big win temporarily puts Nice back in the Champions League zone, while PSG now focuses on the UCL semi-final against Arsenal and the Coupe de France final with Reims. (A2 Televizion)
