After nearly 9 years, Besnik Hasi returns as Anderlecht coach in Belgium. The former Albanian national team defender finds a new team, after only 17 days, when he left Mechelen in Belgium.
Besnik Hasi has returned to the club where he recorded the greatest successes as a coach. According to the agreement, he will lead the team until the end of the season and if everything goes well, he may be offered the right to renew the agreement for another year.
Anderlecht fans had been waiting for Besnik Hasi's return to the team for some time, as when he was managing the Belgian team, the team was recording great successes.
From 2014 to 2016, Hasi led the team in 119 matches, won the championship title in 2014 and lifted the Belgian Super Cup.
In the past, he has also managed other big teams, such as Legia Warsaw, Olympiacos, Al Raed or Al Ahli.
