A serious incident has shaken Colombian football and beyond. The images of footballer Andrés Filip Román staggering and then collapsing on the pitch were shocking to everyone.
In the 13th minute, the player fell unconscious to the ground. Teammates and opponents gathered around him to provide him with maximum privacy as they prayed for the 29-year-old.
An ambulance immediately arrived on the field to transport him to the hospital, but fortunately the Colombian quickly recovered and left the field on his own. (A2 Televizion)
