Weightlifting continues to give Albania medals in the international arena. The scene this time was of the champion Ertjan Kofsha who secured the gold medal for Albania in the breakaway style at the U20 World Cup. The red and black talent had maximum ambition in this event.
Ertjan Kofsha was not led by his coach Leonard Toska, as the latter was not given a visa to Mexico, and in his absence the role of coach was taken by the president of the federation Elez Gjoza.
However, the 18-year-old managed to give an excellent performance. He competed in Battery A of 89 kg and managed to lift 159 KG in the breakaway style, in which he also won the world champion title as well as 186 KG in the push style achieving a two-competition 345 KG and 4th among the the good of the world.
Although he was young, he managed to make all Albanians proud by declaring the World Champion in the breakaway style in Guadalajara, Mexico. (A2 Televizion)
