Trump expressed his desire to buy a Tesla electric car and even promoted it during the press conference, writes A2 CNN. He tested a red Model S, stating that he would pay for it with a check and without discounts. Musk tried to sell him a Cybertruck, emphasizing that it was "bulletproof."
The president said that while he would not be able to drive the car himself, his staff would use it. In the past, Trump has criticized electric cars, calling them expensive and inconvenient.
