The $1 billion towers will connect to the pool at a height of 180 meters

Two new, 180-meter-tall skyscrapers, connected at the top by a daring “sky pool,” will rise above Dubai’s Marina Marasi, one of the city’s most popular areas. The luxury project, called Regent Residences Dubai, will have a total value of about $1 billion and is set to be completed in 2027.

One of the most impressive elements of this project is the approximately 13-meter-long swimming pool, which will connect the two towers and offer a spectacular view over the city and the sea. However, this extraordinary pool will not be open to the public, nor to most of the other residents of these luxury towers. The pool will be part of an ultra-luxury loft, which is an exclusive space for some exclusive residences.

Regent Residences Dubai will include a total of 63 luxury apartments. The largest loft contains six bedrooms, a gym and a private elevator. This impressive space will be one of the most expensive in the world.

On the other hand, the other apartments will have a smaller area and each will occupy an entire floor. Each apartment is oriented in such a way as to offer excellent views of the Marasi Marina and the nearby Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world.

For those who may be worried about missing out on the opportunity to enjoy the sky pool, there is no need to worry. Each apartment of Regent Residences Dubai has its own private pool terrace, as well as the possibility to use an indoor pool about 25 meters long.

In addition, residents will be able to enjoy many exclusive activities. They will have access to tennis courts, outdoor lounges for relaxation, a private cinema and a virtual golf simulator. At the base of the towers, a podium with green spaces, restaurants, shops and spaces for other social activities is planned.

This project is part of a major redevelopment of the Marasi Marina district in Business Bay, located on the banks of Dubai Creek, south of the city centre. Regent Residences Dubai is also Sankari's first project of its kind in the Middle East.
