Fashion house Prada and the company Capri Holding, which owns Versace, could reach an agreement by the end of March to buy the famous brand, if negotiations go well.
As of now, it is reported that an agreement has been reached for the valuation of the Versace fashion house, which amounts to 1.5 billion euros.
Bloomberg writes that with Versace, Prada would be able to create an Italian group capable of better competing with global giants in the sector, above all LVMH and Kering.
