Blockades and student protests in Serbia, which erupted after the tragedy in Novi Sad on November 1, 2024, will continue today with the main rally in the center of Kragujevac, writes A2 CNN.
Students departing from various cities in Serbia arrived last night in the center of Kragujevac, where they were welcomed by a large number of citizens.
According to the plan published by the students of the University of Kragujevac, who have joined the protests, the rally will be held on Lepenički Boulevard. The rules of the protest, which the students declared on Instagram, are that no one should cause incidents, the use of pyrotechnics and lighting fires will be prohibited, and only emergency services will be allowed to circulate.
The collapse of a railway roof in Novi Sad left 15 people dead and several injured. This prompted Serbian students to start protests, which spread across Serbia as part of a movement demanding accountability and justice. (A2 Televizion)
