Vulin's Expulsion from the Government, Moscow: What Does the EU Have to Do

"Brussels should ask itself why it is interfering in internal politics, going so far as to get involved in the formation of a government in a sovereign country like Serbia."

These are the words of the spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, who constantly comes to Belgrade's defense and does not spare herself in attacks on the West.

Asked about Moscow's stance on the fact that Aleksandar Vulin was excluded from the new government in Serbia following EU criticism, Zakharova said that the EU should severely reprimand itself for interfering in the internal affairs of a sovereign state.

She reiterated Russia's willingness to build beneficial cooperation with Serbia in the spirit of traditionally friendly relations.  (A2 Televizion)
