Minister of Public Investments and Chairman of the Executive Board of the Serbian National Socialist Party, Darko Glisic, fell suddenly ill this Tuesday while he was a guest on the TV Pink Breakfast Program. Health Minister Zlatibor Loncar later confirmed that he had suffered a stroke and was in serious condition.
The minister was reportedly unable to finish his interview, and the program stopped broadcasting immediately after he felt unwell.
"He fell ill during the TV show and was taken to the emergency room unconscious. What is known now is that he is in serious condition," Loncar told Serbian television. The Minister of Health stressed that Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has been with him from the first minute.
Vučić sent a message of support to Glisić on social media. "Courage, wait! There is no surrender," he wrote on Instagram. (A2 Televizion)
