Mass protests in Serbia have caused President Aleksandar Vučić to spiral out of control. And while things are going badly at home, as they usually do, the Serbian leader cannot afford to ignore Kosovo.

In a statement in Smederevo, he said that "the color revolution in Serbia was organized with billions of euros so that Serbia could not defend Kosovo or help Republika Srpska," writes A2 CNN.

The organizations National Movement of Serbs from Kosovo (Otadžbina), Serbian National Forum and Serbian National Council have announced in a joint statement that the "Serbian List" is preparing to send Serbs from Kosovo to Belgrade to "protect" Vučić. These organizations claimed that they have convincing information that about 600 Serbs from Kosovo are planning to set up tents in front of the Presidency in Belgrade and disrupt the protest announced for March 15. Such a move, according to experts, indicates a threatening message from the authorities in Serbia related to the transfer of the crisis to Kosovo.

Experts are calling on the country's leaders to show vigilance and not fall into the Serbian trap.

Since the beginning of the protests in Belgrade, Serbs from Kosovo, organized by the "Serbian List", have regularly participated in rallies in support of Vučić and the ruling Serbian Progressive Party. (A2 Televizion)
