The Euro-Atlantic alliance has welcomed the decision to appoint diplomat Peter Sorensen as the new EU Special Representative for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, a position in which he will replace Miroslav Lajcak.
On NATO's official website, it is written that the alliance will work closely with Sorensen to maintain stability in the Balkan region.
