Unusual accident, the plane goes off the runway and collides with a car on the road

A small propeller-driven plane skidded off the runway while landing at an airport in Texas, leading to a freak accident after it ended up crashing into a passing car on a nearby road.

Footage captured by passerby Jack Schneider shows the plane first going over the perimeter fence of the airport during the emergency landing and then colliding with the car.

After the accident, the driver of the car was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, while the two people on the plane were not injured.

Therefore, the US Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the causes of the incident.

Schneider himself told the media after filming the accident: " I saw the plane coming down at a higher speed than it should on the runway and I knew there wouldn't be enough time to stop ." (A2 Televizion)
