Local train and Eurostar services have been disrupted at Gare du Nord station in Paris after an unexploded World War II bomb was found nearby.
According to foreign media, the bomb was found "in the middle of the tracks" in the Saint-Denis area, on the outskirts of Paris, during overnight work on the tracks, local media report.
Gare du Nord is France's busiest train station, as police work to defuse the unexploded World War II device.
The Eurostar website shows that three trains scheduled to depart on Friday morning have been cancelled and the BBC has contacted the company for comment.
It's not uncommon to discover unexploded wartime bombs in areas like this. British and American bombers regularly targeted railway yards in Paris and other cities to hinder the German war effort.
How long it takes to dismantle the bomb will depend on its size and how accessible it is.
