About 90% of displaced Gazans returning to the northern Strip have no homes to stay in, a Hamas official told Qatari media.
In an interview with Al Araby channel, the official explained that displaced residents must walk more than eight kilometers on destroyed roads and that there are no resources available to accommodate them.
Over 300,000 displaced Palestinians returned to the northern Gaza Strip yesterday from the central and southern areas of the enclave, the Gaza government press office said.
"Over 300,000 displaced Palestinians returned from the southern and central provinces to the Gaza and North Gaza provinces," the agency said in a statement issued late yesterday evening. (A2 Televizion)
