Hamas has released the names of three Israeli hostages to be released on Sunday after a ceasefire was delayed. They are 31-year-old Doron Steinbrecher, British-Israeli Emily Damari, 28, and 24-year-old Romi Gonen, who was taken from the Supernova Festival.
According to a statement by Hamas' armed wing spokesman, Abu Obaida, Hamas said it handed over to mediators the names of three Israeli female hostages set for release on Sunday.
The Israeli military said earlier that the planned ceasefire would not take effect until Hamas provides the names of the hostages it will release on Sunday.
The ceasefire was supposed to begin at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, but Israel delayed it after Hamas failed to provide them with a list of hostages in time, with Hamas claiming the delay was due to "technical reasons on the ground."

The Israeli hostages to be released by Hamas as part of the first phase of the ceasefire agreement include the youngest and oldest hostages taken by Hamas on October 7, according to a list released by Israel.
Israel's official website shared a photo on X with the names of the first 33 hostages expected to be released.
Kfir Bibas was nine months old when he was first taken and has now celebrated two birthdays while in captivity. Shlomo Mantzur, 86, is the oldest hostage to have been kidnapped and is expected to be in the first wave of hostages to be released. (A2 Televizion)
