US President Donald Trump has expressed his strong dissatisfaction with the official portrait of himself hanging in the Colorado State Capitol, describing it as " the worst " he has ever seen.
As he mentioned in his post, the portrait placed at the governor's initiative, along with all other presidents, intentionally distorts his features, to the point that, as he says, "I might never have seen anything like it before . "
Trump also claimed that the artist who created the work had previously created a portrait of Barack Obama, which he said was " wonderful ," suggesting that the quality of her work had deteriorated over time.
"I would rather not have my portrait at all than have this one," the president noted, noting that he has received numerous phone calls and letters from Colorado citizens protesting the specific project.
“They’re actually outraged!” Trump added. Addressing the state’s governor, Jared Polis, whom he described as a “radical leftist” and “extremely weak on crime ,” Trump called for the portrait to be removed. (A2 Televizion)
