Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has told his Iranian counterpart that his country is ready to facilitate nuclear negotiations and peace talks with Israel.
According to foreign media, he made the comments today in a phone call with his Iranian counterpart, Masoud Pezeshkian.
In a statement, the Turkish Presidency said: “President Erdogan said that Turkey is ready to take a facilitating role to end the conflicts as soon as possible and to return to the nuclear negotiations.”
Turkey has also organized peace talks between Ukraine and Russia in Istanbul, A2 CNN reports.
We recall that in recent days the conflict between Israel and Iran has 'ignited' to unprecedented levels, as the two countries have attacked each other with missiles, drones, and fighter jets. (A2 Televizion)
