The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, held a meeting with the Ambassador of Russia in Belgrade, Aleksandar Karchenko, where they discussed the relations between Serbia and Russia as well as the current situation in Kosovo.
Vucic also announced that he received a New Year and Christmas greeting card from Russian President Vladimir Putin, and added that he responded with wishes for the well-being of Russian citizens.
"I informed the ambassador in detail about the situation in Kosovo," declared Vucic, underlining Serbia's commitment to maintain peace and stability in the region. He also emphasized the need for a final solution to unresolved historical issues. (A2 Televizion)
