Former US President Bill Clinton has been released from hospital in Washington, DC, where he was undergoing testing and observation after coming down with a fever, his spokesman told CNN. "The president is fine," Angel Urena, Clinton's deputy chief of staff, told CNN in an interview, adding that the former president hopes to be home by Christmas.
"He remains in good spirits and deeply appreciates the excellent care he is receiving."
