After agreement with the US, the Kremlin publishes the list of energy countries banned from attacks

The Kremlin has published a list of energy facilities it says are under a temporary moratorium on attacks.

According to foreign media, the Kremlin says this list was agreed upon by the Russian and American delegations.

It includes:

Oil refineries

Oil and gas pipelines and storage facilities, including pumping stations

Electricity generation and transmission infrastructure, including power plants, substations, transformers and distributors

Nuclear power plants

Hydroelectric dam

The moratorium is valid until April 17 and can be extended by mutual agreement, the Kremlin said.

"In the event of a violation of the moratorium by one party, the other party has the right to consider itself free from obligations to implement it," the Kremlin statement further said. (A2 Televizion)
