Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has postponed his visit to Saudi Arabia scheduled for Wednesday. Zelensky's decision comes after Ukraine was not invited to the meeting table between the Russian and American delegations, A2 writes.

Zelensky made his reaction from Turkey, where he held an official meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

"You can talk about anything, but no decision can be made without Ukraine on how to end the war in Ukraine. We were not invited to this meeting – the US-Russia meeting in Saudi Arabia – it was a surprise for us, as well as for many people. I care what our partners think about us. We are completely honest and open. I don't want any coincidences: that's why I will not go to Saudi Arabia. We contacted our partners in Saudi Arabia. We agreed that I will have an official visit on March 10. We expect the American delegation to Kiev," Zelensky said.

Zelensky also added with conviction that the US does not want Ukraine to be part of the North Atlantic Alliance: "We know that the US and some European partners do not support our membership in NATO. I think this is Russia's great desire and coincides with this result."

Speaking at the joint press conference, Erdogan said Ukraine's territorial integrity and sovereignty are indisputable in Ankara's eyes. Turkey would be a suitable venue for any potential peace talks involving Russia, he said.

Meanwhile, France plans to host a second summit on Ukraine and European security, this time with the participation of other European countries that were not present, as well as Canada. This is reported by The Guardian, citing diplomatic sources who told Reuters. The invited countries will be Norway, Canada, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, the Czech Republic, Greece, Finland, Romania, Sweden and Belgium. (A2 Televizion)
