Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the war in Ukraine with his military leaders, including Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov.
Photos released by the Kremlin showed the Russian president meeting today (November 10) with Shoigu, Gerasimov and General Sergei Rudskoy, head of the Main Operational Directorate of the General Staff, at the base of the southern military group in Rostov.
"The supreme commander was shown new models of military equipment. The head of state heard reports on the progress of the special military operation," the Kremlin said.
Putin last month visited the military base in Rostov, where Wagner's mercenary chief Yevgeny Prigozhin launched a failed rebellion in June. (A2 Televizion)
