UK government "shakes", Sunak returns the "Brexit" prime minister to the cabinet

David Cameron has today made one of the most sensational returns to front-line politics in Great Britain, sitting in the Foreign Secretary's chair.

In a dramatic twist of political reality in London, the 57-year-old former Prime Minister will replace James Cleverly, who has taken over as Home Secretary following the departure of Suella Braverman.

The shock cabinet reshuffle move by Prime Minister Rishi Sunak sees Cameron back in active politics after stepping down as prime minister in 2016.

As he had promised after the Brexit referendum, where his cause to keep Great Britain in Europe was lost, Cameron left politics after also resigning as an MP under Theresa May's government.
