Indian authorities continued recovery and investigation work at the crash site of Air India Flight 171, three days after the London-bound flight crashed after takeoff from the western city of Ahmedabad.
At least 270 bodies have been recovered from the crash site. The plane, which was travelling from Ahmedabad to London Gatwick, crashed on Thursday, with only one person among the 242 people on board surviving. Several people on the ground were also killed.
India's aviation regulator has ordered all Boeing 787 aircraft operated by domestic carriers to be inspected, the aviation minister said on Saturday (June 14), adding that authorities are investigating all possible causes. (A2 Televizion)
