Today, through a bomb blast, the commander of Russia's nuclear, chemical and biological defense forces, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, was killed in Moscow.

Igor Kirillov, only a day ago was accused by Kiev of being responsible for the use of chemical weapons against Ukrainian troops.
He was killed outside an apartment block in the southeast of Moscow, along with his assistant, writes A2 CNN.
"Initially, we thought that it could be about throwing cement. But the explosion was so strong that it didn't look like construction work. It was very scary", say the witnesses from the scene.
The remote-controlled bomb reportedly went off as the duo was leaving the building in the early hours of Tuesday. Ukrainian security sources, quoted by international media, have admitted that the general was killed by the security services of Kiev.
