People in Kiev reacted this morning to President Donald Trump's decision overnight to cut aid to Ukraine.
Speaking to Reuters news agency, Liudmyla Chubik says she thinks people should not worry, as according to her, "this decision is not final."
Marianna Diianova, 18, says the move "was predictable because Trump is crazy."
"I'm not particularly scared about this, because it was predictable," she continues, writes A2 CNN. "We'll fix it somehow. It'll be fine," she added.
She adds that "cooperation with the Americans is probably out of the question," but will wait to see what happens next.
But another local, Olena Bilova, argues this decision differently, saying that it is not the first time the US has acted like this.
"Unfortunately, history repeats itself. It is not the first time that the United States has acted like this. But let's hope that American civil society and the elites of the European Union will not leave us alone," she said further, writes A2 CNN. (A2 Televizion)
