The Electoral Panel for Complaints and Submissions has accepted the complaint of the Vetëvendosje Movement regarding the opening of all ballot boxes for ballots sent by voters outside Kosovo to the mailboxes of the Central Election Commission for the elections held on February 9.
According to the ECAP, this decision instructed the CEC, respectively the Counting and Results Center, to open 177 ballot boxes, with 1,631 invalid ballots, sent by voters outside Kosovo to the CEC mailboxes, the same ballots to be re-evaluated, counted and included in the final results.
ECAP has also rejected two complaints from the Vetëvendosje Movement regarding irregularities during the counting of postal votes, considering them untimely. /Kosovapress (A2 Televizion)
