A police officer escaped unhurt from a gunshot attack on Tuesday evening in the city of Peja.
According to preliminary data, the police officer, whose name has not been disclosed, had just left the police station when a car stopped at the white lines and a person shot at him.
"The police officer had just left the police station and was crossing the road at the zebra crossing, when a car fired a shot at him. "Fortunately, he escaped unhurt," the police said in a statement.
The suspect of this incident has been identified and all investigative actions are being taken to arrest him.
