The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment against citizen AV, suspected of the criminal offenses of espionage and unauthorized possession of weapons.
According to the SPRK announcement, AV is accused of having collected and sent important information and documents to the Intelligence and Security Agency of the Republic of Serbia (BIA), which undermine the constitutional order and security of Kosovo, as well as the lives of state officials and citizens.
The information and documents were conveyed through telephone communications and physical meetings with senior BIA official RG, head of one of the agency's centers in Serbia, writes A2 CNN.
During the raid on the suspect's home, authorities seized a Crvena Zastava model gun and a tear gas canister. (A2 Televizion)
