At around 00:30, unknown persons threw two hand grenades at the Kosovo Post building in Zveçan.
As a result of the explosion of one of the grenades, material damage was caused, but no injuries were reported.
After arriving at the scene, police units noticed that an unexploded grenade was also found inside the building.
Also, police units previously secured the scene, while residents were evacuated for a while, while the specialized explosive ordnance disposal unit detonated the grenade in a controlled manner.
Anti-terror units are working intensively to uncover the perpetrators of this explosion, writes A2 CNN.
The State Prosecutor has been notified of the case, who has instructed that the incident be initiated as "Causing general danger".
Kosovo Police strongly condemns these dangerous actions and appeals to citizens to cooperate with authorities to help identify the perpetrators of this explosion.
