Lumir Abdixhiku, chairman of the LDK, held a press conference at around 11:30 PM and made public the results in figures of Sunday's elections, according to commissioners and observers of the party he leads.
He has accepted the election defeat and added that he will be held accountable for this only by the LDK.
"This is a process that marks a political maturity in Kosovo. What the CEC should have done, we are doing and announcing the preliminary results that were received by the commissioners and do not include the diaspora and conditional votes."

LDK received 18.14 percent
The Vetëvendosje Movement has 39.88 percent
PDK received 21.84 percent
AAK NISMA received 7.62 percent
LDK expects to have another 30-35 percent of the diaspora vote.
"We respect this result and the responsibility I have taken on, and I will be held accountable for this in the LDK," said Lumir Abdixhiku.
Shortly after 11:00 PM, the Chairman of the Election Commission of Kosovo, in an extraordinary conference, announced that due to technical problems with the application, the CEC has decided that the counting will be done manually.
"After much preparation and testing, everything was ready for the preliminary results, but because the application for processing and presenting this data did not work, we are unable to present this data through the electronic platform. For this reason, the CEC apologizes to all citizens. Under these circumstances, the CEC has reviewed the situation and decided to collect the data manually from all polling stations through the forms of political entities, which have been filled out.
"We assure citizens that the non-transmission of results through the electronic platform has no impact on the results that are part of these forms, we will publish them manually," announced the chairman of the CEC in Kosovo.
Further, he did not give a timeline for when we might have a preliminary result for Sunday's election. (A2 Televizion)
