The leader of the LDK, Lumir Abdixhiku, has proposed a national transitional government with all Albanian parties until the election of a new president.
"It is a deep institutional crisis, mainly due to the failure of the first party to create political partnerships to create a majority."
He said that LDK considers the solution to this blockade important.
"In accordance with this, LDK and I as its chairman, propose the launch of a new political process and this solution requires both responsibility and unity, but above all it requires high national political awareness. LDK proposes the launch of this process, initially consultative with all Albanian political parties with the aim of forming a national transitional government. LDK seeks all-Albanian unity in this period and the formation of a national transitional government, a government with a fixed term until the election of the new president," said Abdixhiku.
