LDK leader Lumir Abdixhiku is standing inside the Kosovo Assembly premises in a meeting with some of the deputies of his parliamentary group following the invitation for a coalition from Vetëvendosje. Before entering the meeting, deputy Arben Gashi said that his suggestion is that the parties sit down in a meeting and tell him things face to face.
According to him, whoever is the prime minister tomorrow will sit in a meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, therefore meetings between political leaders in Kosovo should be normalized. Gashi added that Kurti's letter was written with humility and respect, but that he did not like one element when Kurti claims that "some people have no influence in LDK" a reference to former minister Agim Veliu who was dismissed by Kurti in the first Government that led to the collapse of the coalition and the Government.
Gashi said that these are internal issues of his party and do not interest anyone, just as the decision to meet and form a coalition or not with VV is an internal issue. (A2 Televizion)
