The member of the leadership of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Naim Ismajli, states that they have no cooperation or contact with the Vetevendosje Movement. Ismajli gave this answer after being asked by journalists whether the Vetevendosje Movement is contacting MPs individually to secure votes for the speaker of parliament.
"The party leader has been very clear regarding the PDK's position. We must understand that we are people who can meet in person, privately, anywhere because of various family ties and they are not excluded. However, the leader has said it and the leader's statement stands that we have no agreement and no cooperation and we have no contact in the sense of that about the Vetëvendosje government.
