Elected MPs failed for the 39th time in a row to constitute the Kosovo Assembly, after failing to agree on the formation of a commission for a secret ballot of the candidate for Speaker of Parliament, Albulena Haxhiu.
There were 95 MPs in the hall. MP from the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Vlora Çitaku, accused the chairman of the session, Avni Dehari, of abusing his position, after he invited the parties to propose one member each for the secret ballot committee.
This was the 39th time they gathered in the Assembly hall since April 15, although on Sunday they only continued the 38th session from Friday, in which they did not vote, writes A2 CNN. (A2 Televizion)
