Albania and Kosovo, two states of the same nation, must support each other. This was the symbolism of the second meeting of the respective assemblies in Pristina, where the statesmen shared demands, advice and attitudes.

Speakers of Parliament Glauk Konjufca and Elisa Spiropali spoke about the importance of cooperation in resolving regional conflicts as well as the unification of the two countries.

Speaking to Kosovo and not Albin Kurti, the head of the Albanian government, Edi Rama, expressed the wish that their union take place in Brussels. But for this he advised Pristina that it must first gain the trust of the international community.

After expressing surprise as to why it has not been done until now, Prime Minister Edi Rama proposed to the Assembly of Pristina to approve a resolution on the process in The Hague against the former leaders of the state of Kosovo, with the promise that the one in Tirana will also ratify it.

Rama did not hide that in his speech he was careful not to interfere in the election campaign of Kosovo, while the tones of his counterpart Albin Kurti sounded typical of a politician on the verge of an electoral challenge.

Without expressing it as criticism, but using the advice strategy like Rama, Albin Kurti invited Tirana to follow the example of Kosovo to come to the aid of the Albanians in Serbia.

Although a fraternal meeting, there was no lack of criticism from the opposition of the two parliaments against the respective prime ministers, Gazment Bardhi against di Rama and Ramush Haradinaj against Albin Kurti.

During the meeting, the exchange of messages between the two prime ministers, as they stood at a close distance from each other, attracted media attention. In conclusion, the two assemblies came out with a joint declaration. (A2 Televizion)
