The constitution of the Kosovo Assembly has failed for the nineteenth time.
PDK, LDK, AAK and the Serbian List have failed to participate and vote in the commission for supervising the secret ballot for the election of the Speaker of Parliament, writes A2.
This proposal received 54 "pro" votes, meaning there was no quorum for decision-making.
