Kosovo remains without a government? Analysts: Vetevendosje is seeking

The February 9 election verdict has created a complicated political landscape in the country, in terms of the formation of new institutions and the Government. Having failed to obtain the required 500,000 votes and due to bad relations with opposition parties, it is not certain whether Albin Kurti's winning party, Vetëvendosje, can form a new government before the constitution of the Assembly session.

The collapse of the option for a possible coalition between VV and the major Albanian parties has further complicated the situation within the winning camp, but even if the ball were to pass to the opposition party, there would be no easy negotiation to form the new government, analysts estimate.

"The first party, based on the actions it has taken so far, VV has a goal: it is seeking institutional destabilization," Albinot Maloku told A2 CNN.

As for the conversations that Fatmir Limaj had with Albin Kurti, seeing it as an opportunity to become part of the "Kurti 3" government, analyst Magbule Shkodra says:  "The role of President Osmani in the legal, legal and political circumstances is of particular importance when it comes to appointing the first prime minister-designate, and then the second if necessary."

Analysts say that no time should be wasted, and that rapid global developments require urgent action to have consolidated institutions and a stable government. (A2 Televizion)
