The Kosovo Special Prosecution Office confirmed that Prime Minister Albin Kurti did not appear to give his testimony, despite the order of the Basic Court of Pristina.
The head of government was required to appear before the Special Prosecution Office on March 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM, to testify regarding investigations into suspected misuse of state reserves.
"Witness Albin Kurti has not appeared at the Special Prosecution Office to give his testimony, despite the fact that he was obliged to do so by Order of the Basic Court in Pristina."
