Prime Minister Albin Kurti may not appear at the Special Prosecution Office on Tuesday, despite the Basic Court's order for him to go there to testify. This is because according to the agenda, the prime minister will be in Gjilan at 10 am on March 4, when he was scheduled to appear before prosecutors.

According to a statement released by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Kurti will participate in the laying of the foundation stone of the new kindergarten in Gjilan. Also present will be the Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation of Kosovo, Arbërie Nagavci, as well as the Mayor of Gjilan.

The Basic Court of Pristina has issued an order for Prime Minister Albin Kurti to appear before the Special Prosecution Office as a witness in the state reserves case. The court order came after Kurti refused three invitations from the prosecution to appear as a witness, requesting that the prosecutors come and interview him at his office.  (A2 Televizion)
